Q Is the handwriting actually realistic or does it look like a font?
It's indistinguishable from human handwriting. Postscripty uses advanced handwriting using blue ink Bic pens — so every "e" looks slightly different from the last, just like a real person's writing. Even side by side, most people cannot tell the difference. It passes the smear test. It looks real because it is produced with real ink.
Q Do you use real postage stamps?
Yes. Every envelope goes out with a real postage stamp — not metered postage, not a printed indicia. Juan's curriculum is specific about what makes a letter feel personal, and postage is one of those details. A real stamp signals a real person sent it.
Q Do I need a buyer lined up before I send letters?
Juan's system uses the buyer as a conversation opener — but you don't need a confirmed buyer to start. A family member, a friend, or a local investor you've connected with qualifies. You just need someone you can honestly reference when a homeowner asks.
Q What do I need to send you to get started?
A list of names and mailing addresses (exported from RedX or your MLS), your name and phone number for the card signature, and confirmation of your plan. That's it. We handle everything from there and ship within one week.

Every order is produced and in the mail within one week of receiving your list. Juan recommends following up by phone 4–7 days after sending — factor that into your timeline when placing your order so your calls line up with delivery.
Q What if I don't get any responses?
He recommends not drawing conclusions until you've sent at least 2,400 letters — volume is almost always the variable agents underestimate. That said, if you order 800+ cards, follow the Goldbar script, and get zero responses within 30 days, we send your next 800 free. No questions asked.
Q Why does Juan recommend 800 cards a month?
Expect a 1–2% response rate per batch — the volume of letters you need to get responses is WAY higher than most agents think. This is why 800 a month is the recommended minimum.
